Nara Damodara Naidu was raised in a humble village setting, where he experienced firsthand the challenges of rural life: limited access to education, healthcare, and opportunity. Despite the hardship, he dreamed of a world driven by truth, service, and values.

In 2016, Daatha Foundation Trust was born, not just as an NGO, but as a movement and philosophy. “Daatha” means “the giver”—the Foundation’s purpose is to serve without expectation, inspired by the principles of Satyam, Dharmam, and Nyayam.
Daatha focuses on real learning. Initiatives include scholarships, AI learning centers, the "Why?" concept, and bilingual educational booklets—fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
As a believer in Indian wisdom, Damodara Naidu promotes harmony with nature through Vasthu education, Green Park initiatives, and village sustainability. Prakriti is truth, he often says.
He launched numerous women's programs including health camps, leadership training, and rural financial literacy through the Daatha Mahila Gramam initiative.

From leadership books to communication workshops, youth empowerment is central to his mission. “Youth are today’s changemakers,” he says.
He initiated non-traditional learning through life experiences, Dharma workshops, and public booklets like “Daatha Power Book” and “Law of Nature.”
