Honoring Labour, Empowering Lives – The Daatha Way

Published on: May 1st – International Labour Day

“Without the strength of workers, the world stands still.”

On this special day dedicated to the dignity of labour, we pause to recognize the sweat, strength, and silent sacrifices of millions of workers around the world. At Daatha Foundation Trust, we believe that labour is not just physical effort—it is the heartbeat of progress, the soul of a nation, and the core of human dignity.

About Daatha Foundation

Founded by Nara Damodar Naidu, the Daatha Foundation Trust is a non-profit organization driven by a powerful mission—to serve humanity through education, culture, social justice, and sustainable living.

Rooted in timeless Indian values and forward-thinking ideals, the foundation supports the underserved and strives to bring meaningful transformation to individuals and communities alike.

Our Philosophy: Satyam, Dharmam, Nyayam

At the core of every Daatha initiative lies a unique principle:

Satyam (Truth) = Nature (Prakriti)

Dharmam (Righteousness) = Work (Karma)

Nyayam (Justice) = The Balance between Truth and Righteousness

This triad forms the moral compass of the foundation, guiding all actions with truth, ethics, and justice.

Key Programs and Services

1. Supporting Special Needs Children
Daatha Foundation offers tailored education, therapies, and emotional support to children with special needs, helping them grow with dignity and self-reliance.

2. Youth Empowerment & Education

4. Cultural and Ethical Awareness
Programs, oral storytelling projects, and books are designed around core values of truth (Satyam), righteous action (Dharmam), and justice (Nyayam)—reviving timeless knowledge for today’s youth.

5. Health & Hygiene Drives
From women’s hygiene workshops to food drives and rural health camps, Daatha is actively improving lives on the ground.

6. Digital Platforms for Learning & Service
With two WordPress websites—one dedicated to student innovation and the other to public service—Daatha embraces the digital age with a socially responsible approach.

Our Vision & Mission

Vision:
To awaken a nature-aligned, ethical, and empowered society through education and social action.

Mission:
To ignite the potential in every individual, promote truth-based learning, and nurture a balanced world where service and wisdom go hand in hand.

On Labour Day, We Celebrate Every Worker

Today, we honor not just the builders of bridges and cities, but also the farmers, caretakers, teachers, artisans, and volunteers who work with silent strength.

Daatha Foundation believes in dignity in every duty. Whether it’s a child learning to speak, a farmer growing food, or a youth fighting for justice—every action driven by righteousness (Dharmam) is sacred.

“The strength of workers is the strength of the nation.
Daatha Foundation stands with you, works for you, and grows through you.”

Happy International Labour Day!
